The event opened this Wednesday and will end next Sunday, November 9th.
PalmThis Wednesday at noon, the TaPalma Mallorca-2025 tapas route was officially launched, running from today until Sunday, November 9th, throughout the city. The inauguration took place at the Eroski supermarket located on Aragó Street in Palma. Among those attending the event were Pilar Amate, Councilor for Economic Promotion and Local Development of the Consell de Mallorca; Álvaro Roca, Island Director of Economic Promotion, Mallorcan Products and Commerce of the Consell de Mallorca; Joana Manresa, Head of Institutional Relations in the Balearic Islands for Eroski; Antoni Martorell, General Manager of AgenciaCom; Alfonso Robledo, President of FERIB; Biel Maimó, General Manager of Café Rico; and José Morilla, Key Account Manager for Retail in the Balearic Islands at La Menorquina, as well as other sponsors and collaborators of the event.
In addition, after the ribbon-cutting ceremony, attendees were able to sample the silver award-winning tapa in the Sobrasada de Mallorca IGP category, 'Black Pig', from the Übeck restaurant, created by chef Pablo Izquierdo. His creation delighted palates with a blend of tradition and innovation using local produce. The list of participating restaurants can be found below:
