Twenty artists unite in a unique song for the Correllengua Hermanado
It has been presented at listening parties in Palma, Valencia and Barcelona

The piece is intended to be the anthem of this project, which is expected to be "the biggest initiative in the last ten years in defense of the language." The Correllengua Agermanat song brings together around twenty artists representing the artistic and territorial diversity of the Catalan music scene. Participating artists include voices and groups from the Valencian Community (Auxilio, Abril, La Fúmiga, La Perra Sorda, and María), Mallorca (Fades, Júlia Colom, Mar Grimalt, O-ERRA, Pitxorines, Xanguito, and the Xeremiers de Sóller), Menorca (Pèl de Gall), and Ibiza (UC), as well as Eivissa (UC), Ai Eléctrica Dharma, and Doctor Prats), Northern Catalonia (Maxime Cayuela), and Alghero (Franca Masu).
The musical piece was created specifically for the Correllengua Agermanat and its symbolic and physical journey through the territory. Musically, it combines a more emotive and choral part, which aims to connect with the feeling of belonging and appreciation for the language, with a second, more rhythmic and energetic part, which invites us to move forward, run, and celebrate. The producer of the piece, Juanjo Monserrat, was present at the listening party in Palma. He highlighted the importance of both the song and the Correllengua Hermanado (Brothered Language Run):With all my heart It seeks to inspire, unite, empower, and above all, encourage everyone to participate in this historic feat for the Catalan language." Pau Emili Muñoz, spokesperson for the organization, highlights the number of people and artists who have made it possible: "It is one of the most participatory and widely recorded songs ever made in Catalan, and that is a reflection of the participation that... The lyrics will play a central role as the soundtrack for the journey that will begin on April 19 in Perpignan and culminate on May 5 in Alghero."
