Yellow alert in Mallorca and Menorca due to heavy rain
The storms will arrive in Mallorca in the morning and in Menorca from midday onwards.
PalmThe Spanish State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has issued a yellow alert for Mallorca and Menorca this Monday due to the possibility of rainfall of up to 20 liters per square meter in one hour. According to a statement from the scientific agency, heavy rainfall is expected in the south, east, and interior of Mallorca, with precipitation potentially beginning around 10:00 AM. In Menorca, the risk warning will be activated at 4:00 PM, and in the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, in the north and northeast of Mallorca, at 6:00 PM.
