Plaza de Cort/Palau del Consell de Mallorca (Palma) at 10:15 a.m. The Council of Mallorca will hold its official Diada ceremony, which will include the reading of a manifesto, speeches by authorities, and a cultural performance. The event commemorates December 31st as the founding date of contemporary Mallorca.

The demonstration to commemorate Mallorca Day will be, as is tradition, on December 30th. The march will depart at 6:00 PM from Plaça del Born, under the slogan 'The solution: self-determination'. It is organized by the Independentist Left blog, the Jove blog, and the 31D Platform.
