The director of the Balearic Energy Institute resigns from his post

PalmThe Ministry of Business, Self-Employment, and Energy has informed the Governing Council of the voluntary resignation of the managing director of the Balearic Energy Institute (IBE), Hernando Rayo. Government spokesperson Antoni Costa explained at the press conference following the Governing Council meeting that the resignation follows the IBE's Board of Directors' agreement of January 2nd, proposed by the organization's president, and is in response to Rayo's voluntary resignation. According to current regulations, the appointment and dismissal of the managing director is the responsibility of the IBE's Board of Directors.
