PalmaThe computer system of Son Llàtzer University Hospital has stopped working since early this morning. The breakdown affects the SISN2 software, implemented in December 2022 as the health information system for level 2 hospitals, and used by medical and nursing professionals to manage patient data.
The incident currently prevents the normal development of care activities. "We cannot visit patients," assure healthcare workers from the center.
IB-Salut confirms the system failure and indicates that work is underway to identify the causes and restore service as soon as possible.
