Likewise, it recommends following the basic advice provided by the 112 Emergency Coordination Center to safely enjoy the remaining holidays, such as today, and also Three Kings' Day and the night before:
- Indoor stoves and embers. Ventilate often and do not leave them burning if you are not home or if you are going to sleep. Keep them away from curtains and fabrics.
- Choking on food. Pay special attention to children and the elderly. Be careful with whole nuts, olives, and hard candies; eat slowly and while seated.
- Alcohol and driving. If you drink, don't drive. Plan your transportation or designate a driver in advance. Public transportation is a good option. If you drink, look for alternatives: they exist.
- Toys. If gifts arrive, be careful with bags and small parts: they can be dangerous.
- Firecrackers and fireworks. Use only authorized products. Never light them indoors; always outdoors and following the instructions for use. Do not tamper with malfunctioning fireworks.
