Planning legality must also be restored at the site with the demolition of a 56.8-square-meter building erected on former corrals, which has been converted into a home. In addition, there is another 36 m² building, which will also have to be demolished, and another 67.8 m² building that has been converted into a two-story home.

Finally, the demolition of another building that was originally a porch has been ordered, and a fifth 33 m³ building has been ordered to cease residential use for safety and health reasons. Óscar Portas, president of the Formentera Council, stated that "the defense of the territory and compliance with planning regulations are a priority." He also indicated that substandard housing will not be permitted, despite the many difficulties that exist in this regard. Portas lamented that, faced with this problem, some people take advantage of it to make money.
