Gabellí Gran's property returns to the market for 16 million euros

The property, acquired in 2013 by an Irish investor, has undergone a lengthy renovation process with the initial intention of converting it into a hotel. However, administrative delays—with years of waiting for permits—and increased costs due to inflation have ultimately stalled the project.
Spanning approximately 72 hectares and boasting over 2,000 square meters of built space, the estate features 28 bedrooms, its own chapel, vineyards, and olive groves, in addition to its proximity to the Ufanes springs. All of this makes it one of the most unique properties in Mallorca's rural heritage, with potential for luxury tourism, particularly in the wedding sector.
