A breakdown causes the general failure of the Government's computer systems

PalmThe Government explained that on Tuesday it suffered a breakdown in the Data Processing Center, which caused a "general outage" of information systems, although it emphasized that essential services such as hospitals and the 112 service are now operational.

The outage has primarily affected the proper functioning of the Government's website, the placement process for interim staff at the Ministry of Education and Universities, electronic prescriptions, and the Primary Care IT services, according to a statement. The Directorate General for Digital Strategy and Technological Development is working to restore service as soon as possible.
