An illegal dwelling of more than 100 m² has been discovered in a natural park in Mallorca.
The Territorial Defense Agency of Mallorca orders the demolition of 10 unlicensed homes and fines of 2.2 million euros.
PalmThe Board of Directors of the Territorial Defense Agency of Mallorca, an autonomous body of the Mallorcan Council, has issued 10 demolition orders for works carried out without a license and has imposed fines totaling 2,240,000 euros.
Among the demolition orders issued, there is an unlicensed house of more than 100 m² that was under construction within a Natural Park on the island of Mallorca.
Of these 10 orders, four relate to motorhomes established on rural land without a license.
These violations have been detected in the municipalities of Búger, Capdepera, Felanitx, Inca, Manacor, María de la Salud, Muro, Pollença, and Sencelles.
The Territorial Defense Agency of Mallorca is responsible for carrying out inspections, restoring legality, and imposing sanctions in urban planning matters and for the municipal powers assigned to it by local councils through the corresponding delegation agreements.
