Harassment
A man arrested for stalking a woman and masturbating in front of her in Palma.
The National Police have reported that the events date back to the morning of July 18.
PalmOfficers from the National Police's Central District Investigation Group in Palma arrested a man last Wednesday as the alleged perpetrator of harassment, accused of masturbating in front of a woman. They observed a man inside a vehicle, staring at her obsessively and then masturbating. The woman fled the scene, frightened. The man masturbated while watching her. Frightened, the woman went back home.
The Central District began efforts to identify the man. Police finally located him on July 30 and arrested him as the alleged perpetrator of harassment.
