PalmMÉS per Mallorca has requested the Spanish government delegation in the Balearic Islands to prohibit the Nucleo Nacional concentration in La Feixina, as it considers it will be an "exaltation of fascism, will go against the memory and will ridicule the victims" of the Baleares cruiser. The Sumar MÉS deputy, Vicenç Vidal, has expressed himself in these terms in statements to the media offered this Friday, before communicating to the delegation the call for this protest in the center of Palma.

The parliamentarian has warned that Núcleo Nacional has arrived in the Balearic Islands, and has pointed out that they are a "nucleus of fascists" who have carried out vandalistic and violent acts throughout the State and recalled that they are classified as a "dangerous, violent, and Nazi" organization. In this regard, he pointed out that next May 24, the ultra group has organized this concentration in La Feixina and warned that it will be an act of hate.

"The Administration must avoid these acts and the delegation of the Spanish government is asked not to authorize the concentration and not to give permits so that this outrage to democracy is not committed, out of respect for democratic values and the victims of the Baleares ship," he claimed. The deputy asserted that the crew of this vessel was responsible for a "massacre" of thousands of people during the Desbandada. Furthermore, he recalled that last March the Feixina was declared a monument contrary to historical memory by the Ministry of Territorial Policy and Democratic Memory. Likewise, they have raised a series of questions to the Ministry so that, as long as this monument remains there, these acts "will continue to occur." Therefore, they have asked what kind of measures they intend to take to prevent it from happening again and what are the deadlines for removing this monument from public space.

Vidal indicated that the exhibition of this call at the government delegation is intended so that it cannot later claim "ignorance" of the facts. "It is warned that a neo-Nazi group is about to commit acts that the democratic memory law does not permit and it is important to bring it to your attention," he remarked. In this way, what they ask is that it not be authorized and that the police "act with the capacity they have" because "they must enforce the law," for which they will present a written statement to make it a matter of record.
