Nearly 1,700 people from the Balearic Islands asked for help from the Telephone of Hope during the first half of the year.

A total of 1,682 people in the Balearic Islands requested help from the Telephone of Hope during the first half of 2025. Twenty percent of these requests for help, the association reported in a statement, were from young people with suicidal behavior who submitted their requests through the Telephone of Hope.
