Nine arrested after a brawl on a plane about to take off at Palma airport

PalmThe Civil Guard has arrested nine people, seven men and two women, for allegedly causing a disturbance on board an airplane as it was about to take off from Palma Airport. According to sources close to the investigation, a violent argument broke out among some passengers as the plane was about to take off, forcing the captain to abort the maneuver and alert the Civil Guard. Airport security officers boarded the plane, arrested the nine suspects, and escorted them off the aircraft. The flight was then able to continue its route normally after all those involved in the disturbance were removed. The arrested individuals appeared before a judge on Friday morning as alleged perpetrators of a public disorder offense.
