No news from Reyes Rigo: "We don't know anything about her."

PalmFamily, friends, and party colleagues have no news of Reyes Rigo and continue to live with tension, fear, and hope for the Mallorcan activist's return to the island after being detained while sailing with the Global Sumud Flotilla.
Podemos Baleares spokesperson Jesús Jurado explained to ARA Baleares that they remain in direct contact with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. "We are waiting to see if the Ministry manages to put enough pressure on the Zionists to release him," he stated. Furthermore, Jurado also stressed that they have not been able to contact her or receive any news of her whereabouts or how she is. "We also have no direct contact with her family," he added.
However, the Podemos Baleares spokesperson stressed that they are "continuously waiting to find out if she is released" and that "we hope to be able to receive her in Mallorca soon."
It should be remembered that Reyes Rigo was accused of assaulting a prison official in Israel. This alleged assault is what has led to her being detained for an extended period and that she is currently being held in the country. The only person detained during the humanitarian mission who has not yet returned.
Activist Alejandra Martínez explained upon her arrival in Madrid that the latest information they have about Rigo is that she was taken from her room on Sunday night in an episode of "extreme violence." "She was dragged by her hair and taken to solitary confinement. We haven't seen her since," she denounced.
Rigo's friends issued a statement on Tuesday stating that Rigo "is not aggressive, she is a brave woman who has risked her life because our governments are not acting against the genocide in Gaza."
Lucía Muñoz and Amanda Martínez will not return to the Balearic Islands until Reyes Rigo is in Spain.
