Bar Rita, Trigo en el Sac and Ca s'Arquitecto, among the restaurants recognized by the Repsol Suns 2026 in the Balearic Islands

According to the Repsol guide, the Soletes awards recognize establishments that offer "appetizing, reliable and affordable" gastronomic options.

PalmThe Repsol Guide has recognized 331 new establishments in Spain and Andorra with the prestigious Soletes distinction, awarded to venues near natural parks, historical centers, or with a perfect atmosphere for a night out. In the Balearic Islands, 16 new Soletes have been added this year, bringing the total to 219. In Mallorca, the newly distinguished establishments are Blat al Sac, Gibson Bar, and Bar Rita in Palma; Cala Fornells in Peguera; La Font Fresca in Deià; Ca s'Arquitecto in Sencelles; and Nu in Montuïri.

In Menorca, the award winners are Bar Marcelino (Can Vermut) and Vida Una, in Maó; Imperio and Primitivo, in Ciutadella; and Perbacco, in Ferreries. On the island of Ibiza, the Soletes awards went to Can Mestre and Es Timbal, in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia; S. Marí, in Sant Antoni de Portmany; and Soleà, in Santa Eulària des Riu. According to the Repsol Guide, the Soletes awards recognize establishments that offer "appetizing, reliable, and affordable" culinary experiences, combining quality with a welcoming atmosphere and a celebrated everyday feel. The experts also highlight young and innovative businesses, as well as unexpected kitchens and bars that surprise diners with the flavors and experiences they offer.

At the national level, Madrid is the city with the most new Solitas restaurants, 14, followed by Valencia and Barcelona, ​​with 10 each. Seville has 8 new restaurants, and Zaragoza and Malaga, 6 each. By autonomous community, Andalusia leads the list of new establishments with 43 (3) (25), followed by the Community of Madrid (21) and the Valencian Community (21).
