The bodies of the pilot and his son, who died in the plane crash in Port de Sóller, have been found.
The plane had taken off from the Binissalem airfield at around 6 p.m.

PalmThe bodies of the crew members of the small plane that crashed into the sea off the Port of Sóller lighthouse in Mallorca were recovered Sunday. The victims are a former US military pilot and his minor son.
According to a media report by the Civil Guard, at approximately 1:00 p.m., specialists from the Civil Guard's Special Underwater Activities Group (GEAS) were part of a coordinated search operation between the Emergency Services, the Air Force, and its Civil Guard.
The accident occurred at around 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, in front of the Port de Sóller lighthouse, in an area with a depth of about 30 meters.
The two-seater acrobatic plane, a Team Rocket F4 Raiders, had taken off from the Binissalem airfield about two hours earlier, at approximately 6:00 p.m., the Civil Guard informed the media on Saturday.
Wreckage from the aircraft was also located on Saturday. According to the 112 Emergency Service, several boats that witnessed the accident saw pieces of the aircraft floating in the sea.
