The president of the Mallorcan Fund, Llorenç Perelló, emphasized that Encesa "is one of the most representative initiatives in which the Mallorcan Fund participates, because it unites territory, community, and human rights." He added that this initiative is "a joint action built with the direct involvement of the municipalities and the general public." "This way of working, based on collaboration and shared responsibility, is part of the Fund's essence," Perelló stated.

Furthermore, the island's Director of Heritage, Maribel Arnau, emphasized the cultural and symbolic value of the initiative, insisting that the Encesa project "allows us to showcase Mallorca's historical heritage and, at the same time, remind us that these emblematic spaces can become symbols of the values that unite us as a society." "From the Consell de Mallorca, we promote initiatives that highlight the importance of our towers and watchtowers and that, at the same time, promote respect for human rights and the dignity of all people," Arnau added.
