PalmThe price of unlisted housing has soared by 11.7% in the second quarter of the year compared to the same period in 2024, one point less than the figure recorded at the national level, according to the Housing Price Index (HPI) of the National Statistics Institute (INE) published this Friday.
According to the data, the increase in the price of new housing is 16.1% in the Islands, while that of existing housing is 11.2%. So far this year, housing prices have soared by 7.2% in the Archipelago.
Across Spain, with the 12.7% increase in the second quarter, half a point higher than that experienced during the first three months of the year, the price of unlisted housing has accumulated 45 consecutive quarters of year-on-year increases.
