The son of Inspector Faustino Nogales, who was provisionally imprisoned for his alleged involvement in a drug trafficking and money laundering organization in Mallorca, has been released on bail after being arrested last Thursday. The young man is being investigated for his possible connection to the network, according to reports. Daily of Mallorca and confirmed sources close to the case. Investigators suspect he may have alerted several members of the network about imminent police actions, a practice also attributed to his father, a former National Police inspector. Nogales is among the 76 people arrested in Operation Manso-Enroque Bal, a joint operation by the National Police and the Civil Guard that has dismantled one of the island's most significant drug trafficking networks. Among those arrested are figures such as Stefan Milojevic, leader of the United Tribuns; lawyer Gonzalo Márquez; and Vito, considered one of the main drug traffickers in Son Banya. Inspector Nogales was also arrested.

Last August, investigators carried out 13 raids in Mallorca and arrested 15 more people connected to the scheme. Among those arrested was veteran inspector Faustino Nogales, former head of the National Police's Narcotics Unit in the Balearic Islands, detained by the Internal Affairs Unit for his alleged involvement in the criminal organization.
