The transfer of the Citizen Card balance to the Single Card concludes

PalmaThe automatic transfer process of the remaining wallet balance from the Citizen Card to the Intermodal Single Card has concluded, after a transfer was made to a total of 173,643 people. In this way, 70.2% of the regular users of the Citizen Card who had a balance pending transfer have been able to receive it on their new card automatically. 29.8% remains pending some additional management or verification.The process, which has been carried out progressively over the past few weeks, has concluded with the sending of 63,732 SMS messages and 69,274 emails to the people listed in the contact data of the Consorci de Transports de Mallorca.People who have not received any message can easily check if the transfer has been made correctly, by accessing this link and entering their identification details.

Since October 2025, when the transition process from the Citizen Card to the Single Card was launched, a total of 201,744 people have obtained this new transport title.
