PalmThe National Police have arrested two tourists who broke the frame and lock of a home in Playa de Palma for entering a vacation rental house, because they believed their stolen cell phone was inside.
The incident dates back to Monday morning, when the two young women went to a home in the area because they believed a cell phone of theirs that had been stolen was inside. According to the National Police, both women became aggressive and broke the frame and lock of the door of the home, where other female tourists were present, frightened by what was happening.
The attackers managed to gain access to the home, but the residents managed to get them out and lock the door. National Police officers arrived at the scene and saw that the alleged perpetrators continued to bang loudly on the front door of the home.
The victims explained to the patrol that the two tourist attackers had shouted at them, saying things like "we'll come in and kill you," so the alleged perpetrators were arrested for breaking and entering and damaging property.
