PalmaTwo footballers from the RCE Mallorca academy, one of them a minor, have been arrested in Palma for allegedly secretly recording a sexual encounter between one of the youths and a minor, according to sources close to the case confirmed to Europa Press.
The events are said to have occurred on August 14. According to the same sources, the two youths went to a home in Palma with the minor. One of the footballers, who is of legal age, allegedly had consensual sexual relations with the young woman while the other, a minor, allegedly hid in a closet to record the scene without her being aware.
Both are accused of a presumed crime of corruption of minors, while the investigation also seeks to clarify whether the adult youth had any kind of relationship with the minor. The investigation will now have to determine the exact circumstances of the events and the scope of the recording. The minor status of one of the investigated parties and the victim means that their identities are kept anonymous.
