Casa 47 puts out to tender 43 affordable homes in the North district of Palma

PalmaThe state agency Casa 47 has put out to tender the drafting of the building project for a development of at least 43 affordable homes in Palma, which will be carried out on a plot of 2,344 square meters of surface area located on Ignasi Ferretjans street, in the North district of the city. The estimated value of the contract for the drafting of the building project is 494,868 euros and bids can be submitted until December 9, as reported by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Agenda in a statement.

The dwellings will have from 1 to 3 bedrooms and will be between 40 and 90 m² and, at least 4 will have the appropriate construction and design characteristics to guarantee access for people with disabilities. This housing development will be part of the State affordable housing stock on a permanent basis.

The contract, which has as its object the drafting of the basic and execution projects, includes the execution of all the preliminary technical analyses essential for the development of the project, among which stand out the geotechnical study, the topographic study, the energy study and the estimation of energy efficiency rating.

Likewise, the contract provides for the waste management and environmental management study for the execution of the work, in addition to any complementary urban planning and technical document that may be necessary for the completion of procedures and obtaining the necessary permits, licenses and authorizations.
