PalmThe Palma City Council, through PalmaActiva, has organized another edition of Employment Month, which will take place from February 16 to March 20. This year, 36 companies are participating, offering 1,253 jobs. As in previous editions, 19 events will be held during this period, with the main objective of directly connecting companies seeking staff with job seekers.

How does it work?

The Employment Month will feature in-person meetings between Human Resources managers and job seekers. Participating companies attend for a single day and must have a minimum of 10 job openings to fill during 2026 to participate. Furthermore, participating companies are required to conduct a brief interview with each candidate and must have an adequate number of interviewers available based on the volume of registrations. Job seekers, for their part, must register separately for each day they wish to participate and attend during their assigned time slot. If spaces remain available, it will be possible to register on the spot using the computers provided by PalmaActiva. PalmaActiva offers workers career guidance services and training for job preparation.curriculum vitae.
