The Riera Ferrari estate is for sale again for 750,000 euros

ManacorL’Auba, the property of the Mallorcan painter and sculptor Joan Riera Ferrari, is back on sale. It is offered at a reduced price and with the possibility of being acquired "with all the author's memories and furniture", as explained in the note accompanying the real estate advertisement, which sets the price at 750,000 euros, 16% less than what was previously asked. The property, with 670 square meters built, six bedrooms and parking, is located near the Bandrís road, the slaughterhouse and the municipal treatment plant. In fact, it was already put up for sale a few years ago, shortly after the artist's death, in May 2017.
