Alzamora has been awarded the National Poetry Prize by the Ministry of Culture. The jury chose his work Sala Augusta followed by Mother Tongue (Proa, 2025) for "his ability to transition, with identical brilliance, from the impassioned language of historical denunciation to the delicacy of the domestic space".
