PalmaThe Superior Court of Justice of the Balearic Islands (TSJIB) has not admitted for processing the dispute filed by the Parliament, Gabriel Le Senne (Vox), to try to prevent the placement of the LGTBI flag on the facade of the Chamber's headquarters.

The case dates back to 2024, when Le Senne tried to halt the application of what was established in a non-binding proposal (PNL) approved a year earlier that urged the display of the banner for Pride Day. Sources close to the case have confirmed that the contentious-administrative chamber, in a recent ruling, has dismissed the claims of the also leader of Vox in the Balearic Islands.

The magistrate has not even entered into the merits of the case, as he has not admitted the dispute, understanding that he is not competent to resolve this matter.

The judicial decision comes a few weeks before the celebration of a new Pride Day and after the left-wing parliamentary groups registered a written statement addressed to the Bureau of the Parliament, presided over by Le Senne, to re-hang the Lgtbi flag on the facade.
