PalmThe Port Authority of the Balearic Islands (APB) has ordered the demolition of the shed erected without a permit in El Molinar, which ARCA reported this Thursday. According to the authorities, the order was already issued before the complaint. According to ARCA, this shed has become a black spot for the accumulation of waste and manure from a bar and the port.

In a statement, the conservation association indicated that the Port Authority of the Balearic Islands has reported that the shed was built near the port building in the area without authorization, which the APB has confirmed. The organization has called for the demolition of the construction and for a more discreet and integrated area to be found to avoid a landscape impact and not harm the area.

ARCA has argued that, for its part, the restaurant must manage the waste within the space granted to it and without having to resort to auxiliary construction.
