ARCA requests the demolition of a booth erected without a permit in El Molinar.

PalmARCA has demanded the demolition of a shed erected without a permit on Palma's promenade, which is accumulating waste and manure from a bar and the port.

In a statement, the conservation association noted that the Port Authority of the Balearic Islands has reported that the shed was built near the port building in the area without authorization. The organization has demanded the demolition of the structure and the search for a more discreet and integrated area to avoid a landscape impact and not harm the area.

ARCA has argued that, for its part, the restaurant must manage the waste within the space granted to it and without having to resort to auxiliary construction.
