The on-duty judge of Inca agreed this Wednesday to the provisional imprisonment of the detainee, who is being investigated for alleged crimes of corruption of minors, sexual assault, production, possession, and distribution of child pornography, and degrading treatment.

The investigation began after a notification sent by the international database International Child Sexual Exploitation Database, which alerted to the existence of videos of a minor victim of sexual abuse distributed through messaging applications and a forum on the so-called deep web (dark web).
