Doctor arrested for sexually assaulting a patient in Palma

PalmThe National Police have arrested a doctor accused of sexually assaulting a patient last October at a private clinic in Palma while performing an abdominal ultrasound. The doctor allegedly touched the victim's genitals while performing a medical test, as confirmed to EFE by police sources. The patient went for an abdominal ultrasound, during which the doctor allegedly forced her to remain in her underwear and, under the pretext of performing the medical examination, touched her genitals repeatedly. Three days later, the patient returned to the doctor and requested a different examination. This time, a female doctor performed the test, and the results were completely different. The patient filed a complaint with the clinic and subsequently a report with the National Police, which led to the doctor's arrest. He was later released on bail.
