These are the medical tests that Educació will perform on Miquel Roldán, if he agrees
According to union sources, Educació intends to summon the teachers this Tuesday.

PalmThe Joint Committee between the Administration and the unions has approved a medical and psychological evaluation of Miquel Roldán, the teacher convicted of child abuse who was recently assigned to the Maria Antònia Salvà Primary School in Son Sardina. According to union sources who spoke to ARA Baleares, the Ministry of Education intends to have the Occupational Risk Prevention Service summon Roldán this Tuesday to voluntarily undergo an initial evaluation. The tests will include routine questionnaires on general health, voice status, and mental load. Based on the initial results, the need for further testing could be determined.
He will also be asked to provide any prior medical reports related to his mental health. Otherwise, the case will be referred to the specialized service with which the Ministry of Education has an agreement: the Miramar Polyclinic. Based on the results, the Prevention Service will prepare a report with the relevant recommendations. If Roldán refuses the appointment, the Education Inspection Department will be involved. The evaluation proposal has been approved by the seven representatives of the Administration and by the majority of the unions, except for the UOB and USO, who abstained, and the SIAU, who voted against. The next step will be formal notification to the teacher to initiate the process.
Sustained protest by families
Meanwhile, the educational community at the Maria Antònia Salvà Primary School continues its protest against Roldán's reinstatement. Families have still not sent their children to school since the first day of school, September 10, as a sign of rejection of the teacher's presence at the school, despite his previous conviction.
The discontent has resonated across the island: more than 90 family associations and hundreds of teachers from Mallorca have supported the mobilization and have signed the manifesto promoted by FAPA Mallorca. The document demands the "immediate" removal of Roldán from any center with the presence of minors and calls on the Regional Ministry and the relevant authorities to implement legal reforms that would prevent people convicted of harassment from teaching.
