A 28-year-old young man is found dead inside a car on the sidewalk of the Andratx highway
According to initial investigations, the man would have suffered a fatal accident hours earlier and would have ended up in a place with low visibility
PalmThe Civil Guard has located the lifeless body of a 28-year-old young man inside a car, which was on an exit of the Andratx highway, hours after suffering a traffic accident.
It was around 11:30 AM this Thursday when the agents located the car at kilometer 5 of the Ma.-1, in an area of difficult visibility. Upon inspecting it, as sources close to the investigation have confirmed, they located the lifeless body of a man about 28 years old.
The main hypothesis that the agents of the Traffic Group of the Civil Guard, in charge of the investigation, have is that the young man suffered a traffic accident hours before. Possibly, it would have taken place during the previous night, although it has not yet been possible to confirm.
The victim would have gone off the road on the left side and, subsequently, would have rolled over several times until ending up in an area that was not visible from the road, which is why apparently no driver had reported the accident before. Investigators are trying to determine how the fatal accident occurred and to locate any braking marks in the area that reinforce their hypothesis. Firefighters, the duty court, and the funeral home have been dispatched to the scene of the discovery. At approximately 1:15 PM, the body was recovered, and will now be subjected to the corresponding autopsy.
