The judicial authority, according to sources close to the investigation who spoke to Europa Press, imposed a restraining order as a precautionary measure, prohibiting him from approaching within 500 meters of the victims and the nursing home. Sources from the Civil Guard have reported that the arrested man is 39 years old and was detained on Wednesday. The investigation began after several complaints were filed against the suspect for allegedly subjecting the victims to inappropriate touching.
