The Riera Ferrari estate is for sale again for 750,000 euros
The home and studio of the Manacor artist is put back on the market with a 16% reduction
ManacorL’Auba, the property of the Majorcan painter and sculptor Joan Riera Ferrari, is back on sale. It is offered at a reduced price and with the possibility of being acquired "with all the author's memories and furniture", according to the note accompanying the real estate advertisement, which sets the price at 750,000 euros, 16% less than what was previously asked. The property, with 670 square meters built, six bedrooms and parking, is located near the Bandrís road, the slaughterhouse, and the municipal treatment plant. In fact, it was already put up for sale a few years ago, shortly after the artist's death, in May 2017.
