Protests in Mallorca: shops vandalized against Israel
Several people with their faces covered have painted graffiti in front of various businesses in Mallorca in support of the international boycott campaign against companies linked to Israel. The images have been sent by Ciudadanos por Palestina, a group that has wanted to disassociate itself from their authorship and has assured that it only retransmits the material received in its email.
In the message, the group says that "the streets of Mallorca once again cry out for the need to impose a boycott of all Zionist companies and accomplices of genocide."
They also explain that REMAX, ZARA, Carrefour, and McDonald's, among others, are companies singled out by the global Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) campaign because "they have a direct link to the illegal colonization of Palestine, as well as to whitewash their policies."
