In a statement, the group condemns the events and demands greater support and guidance from the Ministry of Education to guarantee a positive school environment. The teachers warn that they are increasingly feeling "defenseless" in the face of accusations and defamation, especially on social media, and denounce the lack of clear support from the administration. They also warn of the growing exhaustion of the teaching profession due to the bureaucratization of the education system, high class sizes, and a lack of specialized resources. They also demand measures to protect pedagogical authority and improve teachers' working conditions.
