A Majorcan criticizes the flags of the Cosso festival: "It's the most ridiculous thing you can see, imbeciles"
The content creator criticizes that during the party flags were shown that, according to him, "have nothing to do" with a village festival and ends the video with insults against the participants
PalmaA content creator from Mallorca, currently living in Switzerland, Joserra Moreno (@joserramallorca) released a video this Tuesday in which he harshly criticized the Cosso festival in Felanitx, which took place last week as part of the Sant Agustí festivities due to its marked, left-wing, and protest-oriented character. "In Felanitx a week ago we saw the most disgusting thing you can see, the Cosso festival," he points out in a video published on his Instagram profile.
"It is a village festival that belongs to the whole village," he continues. This statement demonstrates, at least in part, his ignorance of the festive event, as the Cosso is a popular festival organized by the organization of the same name and which has changed a lot over the years, but has always maintained its festive, ironic, and protest-oriented character. In other words, it is not a festival tied to the Town Hall, which would indeed be a festival "for everyone".
"We saw independence flags, which are everywhere; the Basque flag; the LGTBI flag, which is practically everywhere and mixes eggs with snails, because a village festival has nothing to do with that," considers the young man. "The flag of Palestine and a flag of Cuba," he also points out. "Don't you see the annoyance you generate, don't you see the repulsion, the vomiting you create in the rest of the people?" he asks himself.
In this regard, consider that, if there is to be any flag, it should be that of Felanitx or Mallorca. "But no, you have to put all this rubbish and, besides, remove the Spanish one from the Town Hall," he criticizes. "Then they tell us that we are more conservative and that we generate hatred, the hatred is what you provoke in me, which I have towards you," he points out. "They take things that belong to everyone and keep them for themselves. Idiots, you are fucking bastards," the video ends.
