Rain and instability for this weekend in the Balearic Islands

PalmThe State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) forecasts variable spring-like weather for this weekend in the Balearic Islands. According to its report, rain is expected until Saturday midday, with a gradual improvement thereafter. On Sunday, temperatures are expected to rise and the rain to dissipate.
As explained by the Aemet delegate in the Balearic Islands, María José Guerrero: Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza, and Formentera will begin Saturday with an overcast or cloudy sky, with rain being prominent, which in the early hours could be accompanied by mud. The rain is generally expected to be of moderate intensity, although strong showers are not ruled out in some parts of the Islands. The situation is expected to improve throughout Saturday afternoon.
For Saturday, the maximum temperature will be between 18 and 21 degrees Celsius (ºC) with minimum values ranging between 10 and 16 °C. Regarding Sunday and the first half of next week, the situation will tend towards stability with cloudy intervals, predominantly high clouds, absence of rain, and a slight increase in temperature, with maximums ranging from 20 to 26 °C.
