19-year-old young man dies stabbed in Son Gotleu
The victim has arrived at Son Espases in critical condition after being located with a stab wound to the abdomen
PalmaA 19-year-old youth died this Sunday evening after being stabbed on Indalecio Prieto street, in the Palma neighborhood of Son Gotleu. The victim was transported in critical condition to Son Espases University Hospital, where he died while undergoing emergency surgery.
The incident took place around 11 p.m. When emergency services arrived at the scene, they found the youth in cardiorespiratory arrest and with a stab wound to the abdomen, according to information provided by 061.
The medical staff performed advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) maneuvers and managed to regain his pulse. Once stabilized, he was transported in critical condition to Son Espases.
The youth underwent emergency surgery at the hospital due to the severity of the wounds, but ultimately died during the operation.
