PalmThe Balearic Cultural Association (OCB) presented the details of the 2025 Night of Culture this Thursday, during which the organization will award the December 31st Prizes. "They must be both recognition and encouragement," asserted Lluís Segura, a member of the organization's board of directors and also of the jury for this 39th edition. The gala will take place on December 13 at the Teatre Principal in Palma. The journalist will host the event, which will feature performances by the artists Pitxorines (who have also received awards), Miquela Lladó and Tiu Herrero, Ánimos Parrec, Joan Gomila, Spiritual Mallorca en la Octava, and Ensemble Lumière. "This year's performances reflect the diversity and vitality of contemporary musical creation, with offerings that encompass very different styles and expressions, from traditional music to contemporary sounds, including established artists and new artistic perspectives that contribute to enriching the country's cultural scene," the organization stated in a press release.
