A 30-year-old motorcyclist very serious after an accident in Alcúdia

PalmaA 30-year-old motorcyclist was left in very serious condition this Saturday night after suffering an accident on the Artà road, in the municipality of Alcúdia.
The 061 received the call at 11:47 PM, at number 64 of the road, with the indication that the driver was in a very serious condition. When emergency teams arrived at the scene, several witnesses were already performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation maneuvers on him.
Medical staff continued the maneuvers and stabilized the injured person before transferring him to the Son Espases University Hospital, in Palma. During the evacuation, the polytrauma code was activated due to the severity of his condition.
A basic life support ambulance, another advanced life support ambulance, and Local Police officers were dispatched to the scene of the incident.
