PalmA 34-year-old American citizen has requested political asylum in Mallorca out of fear of Donald Trump's policies. The man appeared this Wednesday at the Felanitx Civil Guard barracks, explaining his case and requesting that an asylum application be processed, citing the fear he suffers from not sharing the policies being implemented in his country by President Donald Trump.
Sources from the corps indicated that the agents at the location explained to the man, who presented himself at the Benemérita's premises with a lawyer, that it was not the appropriate place for this type of procedure, although they eventually accepted his request after the affected person's insistence.
