One person is in serious condition after a head-on collision between a quad and a truck in Santanyí

PalmOne person was seriously injured this Tuesday after an accident between a quad bike and a truck transporting water, in the Cala Llombards area, Santayí.

The incident occurred around 5:38 p.m. in the afternoon, when the Emergency Coordination Center (CCU) of SAMU 061 received an alert of a collision between a quad bike and a truck.

Two Advanced Life Support (ALS) Units were immediately dispatched and, after stabilizing the patient, transported him to Son Espases Hospital in serious, multiple-trauma condition. A vehicle from the Emergency Command also intervened.
