Police macro-operation against heroin trafficking in Son Gotleu

PalmaThe National Police has deployed a macro operation in the Son Gotleu neighborhood (Palma) against heroin trafficking. Since early this morning, agents have forcibly entered several homes and businesses in the area.

As of now, according to information from the police force, Group 2 of Narcotics of the Drug and Organized Crime Unit (Udyco) has already arrested several people and confiscated large quantities of narcotic substances and cash. The operation is ongoing and further arrests are not ruled out.

According to details provided, Son Gotleu has become one of the most active heroin selling points in the Balearic Islands.
