Thousands of people say no to the touristification in Sóller

PalmaThousands of people have gathered in Plaça dels Estiradors in Sóller to kick off a new protest against the touristification of the Balearic Islands.

With slogans like ‘Land or death’, people of all ages and conditions have once again brought to the table the perverse effects that massification and speculation inherent in this economic model have on citizens: "We can no longer live in our cities and towns", explains a young woman from Sóller.
