Two young women die in an accident between a motorcycle and a taxi in Formentera

FormenteraTwo young women, aged 30 and 31, died this Tuesday morning in a traffic accident in Formentera after the motorcycle they were traveling on was hit by a taxi. The incident occurred around 11:27 AM in the Cala d'en Dúo area.
According to SAMU 061, when emergency teams arrived at the scene, one of the victims already had injuries incompatible with life. The other was in cardiorespiratory arrest and, despite resuscitation maneuvers and attempts to stabilize her, she also ended up dying.
The Civil Guard has confirmed that the victims are two Portuguese citizens born in 1994 and 1995. The investigation remains open to clarify the circumstances in which the taxi hit the motorcycle on which the two women were traveling.
