Catalan courses for public employees will begin on September 23.
The level tests will be held in March 2026.
PalmCatalan language training courses for public sector workers, organized by the Balearic School of Public Administration (EBAP), will begin on September 23rd as part of the 2025 Catalan Language Training Plan to strengthen language skills in the administration.
According to the Ministry of Labor, Civil Service, and Social Dialogue, 910 online places are being offered: 175 at level B2, 245 at C1, 210 at C2, and 280 for administrative language. In addition, there will be 175 places for in-person oral expression workshops in Mallorca, Menorca, and Ibiza.
The level tests will be given in March 2026. In a statement, the Government reiterated its commitment to a quality public administration rooted in the linguistic reality of the Balearic Islands.
